We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

As our products are natural bird food items, slight variations in seed size, colour, texture, or appearance may occur and do not affect product quality.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer information.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before an order is processed, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where available.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the timelines mentioned on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Bird food products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

Replacement or refund requests will only be considered if:

The product is received damaged due to transit.
An incorrect product has been delivered.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product.

7. Product Usage

Our bird food products are intended solely for feeding pet and aviary birds. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their birds. Feeding recommendations are provided as general guidance only.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Bird Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of The Bird Food and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
